Launch of the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change at PRI in Person
A special event to mark the re-launch of the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change (AIGCC) and the release of a new report ‘The State of Climate Investment and Finance in Asia” . The event is supported by the groups that make up the Global Investor Coalition on Climate Change: IGCC (Aus/NZ), Ceres INCR (North America) and IIGCC(EU).
Hosted alongside PRI in Person, the session will provide insight and perspectives on:
• Introduction to AIGCC and overview of the report The State of Climate Investment and Finance in Asia.
• Climate related initiatives of the global investor groups and how to be involved in the Asia region as part of AIGCC. What is involved in joining AIGCC? How can it be useful for investors in the region?
• How collaborative investor initiatives on climate are effective and can influence global climate progress
Who should attend: members of the AIGCC and Global Investor Coalition organisations and investors wishing to understand the risks and opportunities of climate change for investment in the Asia region.
